Low season: January 16th – June 30th and September 16th – December 14th
High season: July 1st – September 15th and December 15th – January 15th
Special charges apply for accommodations longer than two weeks. Further information can be obtained at request.
There are special charges for those who want to spend the entire winter at the villa.
We’ll be happy to inform you about these charges at your request.
It is possible to rent the villa per day with a minimum of four days. Please, ask for further information.
There is no fixed arrival or departure day.
At your request there is a driver available, who will be happy to take you in his air conditioned car to any of Bali’s beautiful sites.
The prices include:
- Housekeeping
- Gardener
- Security
- Welcome package
- Helpdesk
- Electricity, Gas, Water
What’s not included:
- 10% Government tax
- Electricity costs amount € 2 per person per day will be deducted from your deposit back guarantee.
Hi-Ku-Me Villa has been granted all the rental licenses , as obliged by the Balinese authorities.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
A 30% down payment is required within two weeks after your reservation. After receipt of this downpayment your reservation will be definitive.
The remainder of the rental amount, together with a deposit of €150,00, should be paid within one month before the arrival date at Villa Hi-Ku-Me.

You will receive the remainder of your deposit 14 days after the departure date, with a deduction of Electricity costs of € 2 per person per day and the costs of possible damage.
